Eagerly awaiting a EAA witness 2311 in 10mm. I think they are going to be around 1000. I think the mags are going to be cheaper as well compared to most 2011s.
Not sure what all your pluses and minuses are for brakes, but I have an AR-10 with a hybrid brake that works pretty well without ticking everyone off next to me if I happen to be shooting off the bench. It's not the best brake, but it is a good all-around. Brake, flash hider and compensator...
I disagree and think you are going to wrong way. For most of us living in the state and not travelling outside much, I don't care what they think outside my state. If and when I go to another state, I will worry about it then on a case by case basis. We have other fish to fry that are way ahead...
Paper only on the high power range. I think they are planning on extending it to 1000 yards soon. They have another range that is a plinking range for .22 and rifles that has metal targets. All the animal shapes are for .22s and all the round targets are for the high power stuff. I think it goes...
I have a dot on my usual carry pistol, a xdm elite compact in 45. No dot on my backup 1911 commander. Been practicing like crazy to pull to the dot for action pistol and for carry. It is taking a while to convert over, but I can see why when I get it right.
My wife also carries a pps m2 in 9mm. I could carry it as a pocket gun. Seems to eat all ammo types, good trigger, easy to control. I have zero bad to say about it. I think the Sig 365 would also be in the running if I was looking for a small footprint gun.
I wondered what the deal with that was over on the east side. It's bring your own targets then over there? I have the hang of the plinking range, the benchrest, and I think I know how things work at the steel challenge area. I took the safety brief at the high power, but have yet to shoot on it...
They have a range orientation every so often prior to events and such. Once you get the orientation card I think you are good to go. I have been through the orientation, but really was waiting to watch and/or do a comp to get the hang of how things work there. I know they let people shoot from...
That is a false narrative for sure, or at the very least misleading. Name a country in the world where a band of insurgents has not caused considerable problems. Afghanistan, Vietnam, Bolivia, and a host of others come to mind. Rome was brought to it's knees multiple times by technologically...
I bought the wife a canik tp9sfx that she knew she wanted the second she handled one. Nice trigger, very budget friendly, and came with an optic, plate, holster and tools. Pretty neat setup. I don't think you can get a better value in a handgun package right now over canik. I think I still like...
Just wanted to put a post up about the new pistol range at OKCGC. I have not been a member long. Going on my second year. I primarily use the best rest range and the pistol plinking range when I go out there. I get a good value I think, but the facilities definitely seemed degraded a bit. I was...
Next on my list is a ar-10 in .243 or .260. I have tons of .308 cases, but want something a bit speedier in the same platform to play with from time to time.
I have bought components a couple of times and a nice savage 110, .308 in a mdt chassis from village tactical. They have been solid for me the few times I have used them.
