Thanks I thought that might be the reason but this is my first AR and very early on.

Because of the fact I wear bifocas I have decided to put a scope on my newly acquired Springfield Saint AR. I have a extra scope I'm going to try, but I need higher rings or a mount with rings. I see the offset mounts, can someone advise me on the reason benefit for the offset is it for eye...

Just curious, because I haven't shot in a while, is the Canadian Valley Gun Range AKA The Banner Road Range? just look for any place to shoot, also is there a place that has a 300-500 yard range in Central Oklahoma beside OKC Gun Club? I seem to remember a place near Techumseh.
