Sunday will be the season's first Outdoor 2700 Bullseye training/practice match on the Bullseye Pistol range at OKCGC. Match begins at 0900 and the fee is $10.00. Match generally runs until around 1500.
A 2700 match consists of:
90 shots .22 rimfire
90 shots CenterFire Pistol
90 shots .45 Pistol
At a training match the normal course of fire can be shot or any one of the firearms can be used for the entire match. Scores are not forwarded to the NRA.
If anyone is interested, on Saturday 03-03-12 there will be a training session held at the Bullseye Pistol range starting at 0900, cost is $5.00. The training session consists of learning Bullseye basics, as needed, and running shooting drills to improve your scores. I would recommend bringing 300 rounds of ammo to cover the drills
