Had a great time today. Even tho my shooting wasn't that great.

The pinging sound of lead hitting steel is truly music to my ears. Can't wait to do it again! Thanks Josh for making this happen!

YouTube should have my video uploaded in a couple hours.

How you liking that SLP? They're fun ain't they?

Absolutely love it. This was my first match with it hence the slow loading and a couple malfs. I shot pheasants last week in Kansas with it and it shot 100% with pheasant loads. After some more breaking in it ought to be running like a top on light loads. Just need some more practicing shooting and reloading.

Mine has never had an issue with the light loads. But I ran about 15 slugs and 15 buck through it right off the bat, didn't even try the light stuff. Oh and I left it in the safe with the bolt locked back a few days too before I shot anything.

Oil, oil, oil. Any gas gun is going to build up crud which causes friction. Oil keeps it happy. Run it wet and it will be happy. This is coming from a benelli guy, so..... ;)
