If you're trying to keep it a reliable daily driver, you've done about all you can do except better performing tires really. F1's are okay for casual driving, but maybe get some slicks for track day. You won't find anything that gives you better performance for your $ than a decent set of drag tires. I had a 2008 auto GT and a 2009 manual gt and had some 315 slicks that shaved off .4 on my 1/4 Gears and a bama tune would be my next step, but anything after that and you're really shortening the life of your car imo and that especially includes the cams as they're hell on the 3v. The racing tune from bama on higher octane gas will net you some nice HP and plenty of people have done it without any extra wear. I did the more mild tune on my 09 and it made a huge difference with K&N CAI, Longflow headers, and Ford Racing exhaust. You really need to have all of your components on before you buy the bamatuner though so they can calibrate it specifically for your setup. Next to the slicks it was my best purchase for hp per $. Kind of like with weightlifting, you're limited by your natural limit and base. Sure you can juice, but it will take its toll. If you want 5.0 numbers, buy a 5.0... If you want a badass 3v, you've already got one!
