Hunting buddies and I are looking for a new lease for next year. Wife would go for spring turkey now and again, same with deer season. Something with year round access. Preferrably no cows if possible. I have had a bad experience with the current lease I am on with too many hunters, disrespectful hunters, and landowners not allowing access accept for Aug through Feb. The cows haven't bothered me a ton this year, I would just prefer not to have them. We would like to pay $500 per hunter or less. If you know of anything at all, holla at me.
