Last summer when temps were in 100s daytime and barely below 90 at night the water temps weren't very comfortable. The scenery at the lake wasn't bad and once the boat was moving it was better. However, potluck at deer slayer probably isn't going to have eye candy. If I brought women along I could pull my boat around the house on the trailer with the sprinklers going.
