Took my 8 year old with me for the first time, locked the keys in the car first thing and had to walk over 4 miles to grandmas house, then an hour drive for the spare set. I guess I could call it quality time with my boy....
We did get to sit a couple of hours and watched as a small 4 point buck wondered close. I was glad he was able to at least get to see one with me. Nothing to shoot at but turned out to be a not so bad day

Didn’t shoot any, but got some nice pictures. Was hunting with my step grandson, hoping a buck they’ve got on camera would come by.
That's great she is into hunting. I read somewhere that females are a rapidly rising part of the hunting community. Glad to see it.
