That looks like Federal XM193 55-grain; the cheapest I see it online at this time is 44 cents a round. Where are you finding it cheaper than the Walmart 43 cents a round OTD that this is only a "decent deal"?
that is a pretty good deal. I think that same stuff was $427 at owasso walmart.
I need to find some more of that... it is what my rifle is zeroed for now.
There is a metric **** ton of 5.56 ammo at Owasso WM apparently.
Pryor Walmart had the same deal last Saturday, they also had the green tip 420 rnd in an ammo can for $199
I can only think of the $300/1kcase and get depressed reading this thread. The times are a changing. I will admit though, my idiot brother in law bought a Rijas AR a few years ago. He still gets his 1k cases for $350. Usually xm193, but this last year they gave him a case of pmc55gr for the same price.
Wow! I wonder if the Stillwater Walmart's have the same deal?
It was just - what, a year ago or so that this stuff was $140. At a gun show!
