You shouldn't be; chances were very good that it would be running on either Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure. The fact that it's running on either just indicates that the people who run it expected it to be get a lot of traffic, not that the hosting company condones it.Why am I not surprised.
FWIW, ALL of the info on OSCN is a matter of public record. It's always been that way. Anybody can go the the courthouse and pull those files to look at them. This is not new at all, it predates the internet by a looooonnnnnggggggg time.Oklahoma voter info is all online too. This could be used for really uncool things too because it has current address info etc. Between this and OSCN there is far too much personal info out there.
