Who knows... I mean except the people that probably generated this list as the same system can likely detect more of these abnormalities.

I look at it the same way as when I see scare articles about "X amount of fentanyl seized at the border!!" Like, come on now --- why write a scare article about what is SEIZED. That means they are catching it.

It means they're catching some of it. Likely a very small percentage. Kinda like cops writing speeding tickets. They sure as hell don't catch everyone...only a very small percentage.

And with fentanyl, a small amount goes a long way.

If you don't care who did it then you don't care who has been on the wrong side of legal. Knowing who did it is the first step to putting them away.
