I don't know if this affects accuracy but, I have a batch of Winchester brass that the flash holes are way off center.

take a pic id like to see was always told win brass was thicker than a lot of others. don't know about the flash hole if primer is completely open on the bottom does it matter
I've used Winchester brass in the past with excellent results on my .22-250's. I've never noticed the flash holes to be off center but with the speed of production nowadays it would not surprise me. I recently mic'd the OAL on a box of factory ammo and was not happy with the large variance.
