.41 Magnum........

I was curious to see how many people have the .41 mag and how many reload this or buy factory ammo for it. I have been looking around and its outrageous. I have some dies and bullets on order but I can't seem to find any brass. Any ideas on where to buy or look for either reloading components or DECENT priced factory ammo?

41 mag is a great round.
Problem is as you describe, availability of ammo and pricing.
You might check some of the onlines for components.
Midway, Midsouth, Grafs, etc...

order a box of starline or like brass. It will last a loooonng time for ya. well maybe not if you a making cannon rounds. but must magnum loads will still give long brass life.

Thank you for your input on this subject. Yesterday I went ammo shopping and found on box of Remington 210 gr. for $49.99. Ouch......this is for sure a handloaders round, just trying to find the brass for it without having to sell a kidney to shoot factory ammo.

Get two or three boxes and shoot it, then if you like it enough and decide you want to keep it you will already have Brass to reload

My dad bought me a Mod 57 for my high school graduation....I pawned it about a year later.

I'd love to get another one. I loved that thing....
