Thanks to Imis Twohofon, a Cowboy Shooter out of Tennessee, I received some .44 caliber Speer shot capsules. Been playing with them today. They seem to have enough power to take out garden pests at short range. I'll load up all the capsules I have and give them to whichever grandkid inherits my Grandmother's old .410/.44 that I've post about here awhile back. They'll probably never be fired, but at least the grandkid will have something from the past, and a modern adaptation of the old .44-40 shotshells to use if they ever want to. And of course it'll also shoot 2.5 inch .410.
