Very nice. Since the supreme court does not seem to want to take a gun case, probably because the conservative justices are afraid of how the rinos might vote, so we now have differing opinions. A carry permit is VERY hard to get in Maryland. NOt as hard as New Jersey, but still hard. I hope something is done about that.
Good news. Omalley lost his bid for POTUS. That would have been a disaster in the making if he had won.
So the lower court's decision was remanded for reconsideration in light of the appeals court panel's instructions - good. Every little bit helps.
This is outstanding news
Would be nice if the Second Amendment held as much sway as the Court.
