50 cal ammo cans

So what are the USGI 50cal ammo cans going for these days???? I seen some at atwoods for $19.99 I think. Seems a bit high to me.

last week at the government sale they brought about $7 each in lots of 168 plus gas to Ft Sill.
they were ok but not new like the ones at Atwoods.
Atwoods puts those new ones on sale quite often for $14.97

Camo Corner in Stillwater has big ammo crates for $20...the kind that hold two 105mm shells. I bought one of them and it is big enough to hold all of my mags and more, plus it looks cool.

I wanna say the last ones I got were 7 bucks at a gun show. They weren't new, but the seals were good and they paint was fresh. I can remember the lady telling me that she had guys come up and ask the smell the inside to determine if they were fresh or not. She said it creeped her out that she wasn't selling apples.

Just bought 27 of them from Srcooper at $7.50/ea. Excellent cans. Dang near new condition. He's close to you too AKGuy
