6-year-old shoots elementary school teacher in Virginia

It's not locked up or the parents were unaware that the child was being sneaky and saw the code/key placement for the compartment the firearm was stored. My daughter was 5 or so when she figured out one day how to unlock my phone and my wife's phone. Children are always watching and listening.

Not really buying that yet. Not sure why it would be where the child had access.

Hmmm - wonder if the 'other' side set this up to happen in order to add to their ongoing 'reason to ban guns' mantra? Seemed to be so well orchestrated that the only thing missing was the anti-gun media being present at the actual shooting.
