I don't think it is but you might check coachesaid.com and see if it will be on a live stream.
I think the state championships are protected by copyright. I know Seminole(3A) has been airing their playoff games on ustream, but I think that property rights prohibit the state games from being televised by anyone on the internet(could be wrong though)
