I've got quite a bit of experience with 7mmBR but not the 6. There's slight variations between Remington, Norma, Lapua brass so do some research on that aspect. Do you know which brass it was chambered for specifically? Spend some time at http://www.6mmbr.com if you haven't already, it will answer a lot of questions.

Mines a Remington version. I have been on there a lot. I can’t track down the actual difference between the Norma and Remington versions
