9" or 10" quadrail freefloat handguard (with or without the rest of the upper)

I'm looking to change things up.
I am in need of an 8.5", 9", or 10" (or anywhere in between) free float quad rail handguard.
I don't want to put heavy rails on my MLOK.
Not looking to spend alot.
The KAK can on mine is 1.25" wide and the barrel is a 7.5, so it needs to fit that device.
I'm a smidge open on length but only if it's 8.5-10..no longer no shorter..
Located in Mustang.
I'd be willing to trade an entire upper for an entire upper at this point if you have a comparable muzzle device (i.e. a linear comp or diverter).
I'll pay extra if yours is tucking a Flaming Pig).
Charging handle and BCG need not be included in trade, because mine aren't.
PSA upper, 7.5 1/7 223 Wylde barrel, kak can, strike industries dust cover.
Rails, AFG, and sights are not included.
Upper is not for cash sale.
