I shoot the exact same load in 147 J&K's. It is smoky, but they work great out of my MP Pro. HOWEVER, 125 J&K's with TG 3.4 grs is even better. I have a bunch of the 147's to shoot, but then it is 125 from now on.

Ok, fellers. I have shot and it was good!
The 147s I only had 1 stove pipe, so not enough feed issues to warrant a new recipe. Well, I say that. I have some WST I am going to try to replicate the same responses but with less, ahem, smoke. You guys werent kidding about the smoke. I love the round though. Very soft and very accurate.
The 124s I didnt expect to have a problem with, and as expected, all cycled fine and were very accurate. I was hesitant in shooting them as I overseated by .08" (it was a mistake of looking at the wrong 124s loading data, but the load I used was fairly conservative on pressure to begin with). I checked primer seat and brass after firing and neither showed signs of overpressure.
I didnt shoot worth a crap, only had a few good runs, but my shooting buddy was able to do some nice groupings (about 400% improvement over factory ammo).
OUTSTANDING!! Congrats on the accomplishment!
You will love the WST in regards to the smoke. Night/Day difference from watching others shoot TG w/lead.
My favorite is the 3.3 load. It runs in my M&P 9Pro 100%. It's a touch on the light side. I've got strings at 123 & 129 power factor with that load.
Edit to add: I'd stick to TG for your jacketed. All the data I've looked at seems to be excellent with jacketed bullets. Also the WST seems to "get hot quick" when you get past 130PF (at least with the 147's), so I'd stick with lead or plated for WST.
Here is my chrono data for my WST loads. All loads are with J&K bullets.

You wouldn't happen to have any WST loads for 147 FMJ's, XTP's or Gold Dots you'd care to share would you?
I haven't tried any jacketed yet. WST acts like it's not going to work well going over 135 power factor at least with the lead. Winchester doesn't publish ANY 9mm data and I didn't see any at all on handloads.com either. Somebody told me that they bought a jug of it and couldn't find any data, so they called Hodgdon and they said not to use it at all for 9mm. Also didn't see any jacketed loads over on Enos but there are a bunch of folks using it over there for lead. Seems it's a great backup for Solo 1000.
You could probably use the 3.3 load for a hollow point as a starting point and work from there. I might try it some day with a jacketed because it's really clean burning. If you keep it in a mild load I don't anticipate any real problem but I don't think it's one to hot rod. Heck it might make a great subsonic load for a can. I get some very mild primer flow/flattening at the 3.6gr load but it plenty safe enough to use in my gun. I get zero flow/flattening at 3.3gr and the brass just kind of dribbles out the side. This is only a .3 grain difference and the brass flies a good bit further with the 3.6gr load. So I'm leary to go jacketed at this point. I think Titegroup, WSF or AA#5 (if you want to push it hard) is the way to go or one of the VihtaVuori powders would probably be better.
I like it mainly because it meters great, doesn't smoke much, it's pretty clean, reasonably priced and seems to always be available. I've seen some very consistent chrono numbers and I suspect that these are all in the same brand cases. That's something else I need to check. So far I've not segregated by mfg.
That's exactly why I got a pound of it. I'm not looking to hot rod it, just get a really clean, low smoke 900-1000 fps 147 load for the suppressor.
