You might try the Hush line and see how they work. I've never run any subsonic, but they get good reviews.

Hush rounds 147gr rated at 900fps - regular 147gr rated at 925fps, but big price difference. Not sure HUSH is worth it... Hush 165 GR RN NEW rated at 800fps @ $30 a box...
I have a 9mm AR with a 3 lug 5" TROS barrel and a YHM suppressor. It looks like a poor man's MP-5SD. With 147s and a bump fire stock it sounded like a typewriter. I think I'll install a Franklin Arms FRS and try the HUSH. I bet that thing will whisper.
Cabelas in okc had federal and American 147s in stock this evening. It wasn’t cheap.
