I've used HP-38 for .380, 9mm, 10mm, 40, and 45 with great success. For the price and performance its worked great. I've bought all my powder over the last year from Powder Valley Inc and picked it up at the big gunshow in Tulsa to save on the shipping and hazmat fees.
