It is a very good video, with the exception of the "interview with the professional criminal" part, which is obviously fake and stupid.
Some thoughts on the security cam footage shown:
1) Criminals run when shot at even if they outnumber/outgun the defensive shooter.
2) Pistols don't have very good stopping power, but they are a weapon and therefore take advantage of Thought #1.
3) Those carrying pistols or those that have them in their store for defense either don't take training or don't use it, as there was much pointing and shooting going on.
