A few years ago I saw a quarterback start hollering at his coach telling him something was wrong with the ball. He then picked it up and carried it towards the sideline and then took off to the endzone.
Not sure how well it would work in college but it would have to work as well as some of the stuff Wilson calls.

The team I played on was the victim of a similar play once. I was the one guy who recognized it and tried to stop the guy with the ball. My team mates were like "huh?"
Nice! That one kid that chased him was onto it, he just couldn't make up his mind in time. So was it a TD? I never saw the refs signal.
Should fit right in with KW other middle school plays.
In college intramural flag football, we did a trick play similar to that. Put a new guy in at center and the QB said it was a test hike. Center hikes the ball everyone else is standing like they are waiting, except for one guy at WR. He sprints down the field, all alone, QB passes to him, TOUCHDOWN! 
Do they have that in a bubble screen scheme?
