AK rifles were used in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. The weapons were channeled to a gun trafficker by the ATF. They did it knowing that the weapons were bound for Mexico's Drug War. They had the serials numbers from the point of sale. This disclosure lists AK WASR-10 rifles, FN Five.Seven pistols, and Barret .50 caliber rifles. It references 769 firearms.
I cant find anything to support this, but if true is this the governments way to gain control the sale of firearms?
