Judging by the booger sugar residue on the watch face, I'd say smaller amounts of party powder would be beneficial... :bolt: :rollingla

Fentanyl has sure made it tough to party the last few years , but if anyone wants to toot up the first line ---- i'll kick in 🤣

In all seriousness OP, i have found considerable variance between watch based Heart rate monitors and chest strap monitors when i'm exercising --

the watches are convenient and i will continue to use them most of the time , but when it counts, i use a chest strap

My max (apparently) is much higher than what samsung thinks mine should be based on age. I was concerned that mine was showing in the top range for a majority of a ride. Was concerning me, but it stayed pretty consistent and I never had any particular problems with it. I've never actually done the max test to see what it is nowadays, but it must be higher than the canned formulas say. I just wrote it off as evidence of my uncanny condition, lol.

Mine was pretty consistent, so I gradually just said, oh well. guess that's normal - since I hadn't stroked out or anything. If yours suddenly spiked higher, I think I'd be watching it pretty closely for a while.
