Anything AMT, keep a ton of lube on it. I have the .22 Mag model. Won't run dry, and needed a ton of ammo through it to be reliable. Mags seems to be an issue as well Both of mine needed a ton of tuning to run right. (nothing more than a slight bend on the mag lips.)
The skeeter had a bad rep for the slide galling. I'm betting the farm it was a lube issue.
