Looks intentional. They should've dropped anchors and called tugs. More tugs. And engaged the bow thrusters on the barge. Why did they just happen to do this on Sat before Easter? Sounds really suspicious. They got that highway opened up again AWFULLY fast. How did they figure out what happened so fast? It's almost like someone planned this. They conveniently had all the answers way too quickly for my liking. You people just keep your heads stuck in the sand...

Let's hope this doesn't inspire more barge attacks. Probably time to add that to your situational awareness. I've been watching when I cross a bridge but so far just pontoons and a jon boat and they didn't look suspicious.
