That’s the AGM-84E “SLAM,” which is a cruise-missile variant of the Harpoon. The Harpoon itself was and is still an anti-ship missile.
We've been arming the Saudis for their own war against the Houthis for many years. I'd say it's time to have them help us, by actually destroying these militants on their own southern border.
I'm not saying it's the same, but I always look at these events with suspicion, recalling Tonkin, The Lusitania, the Maine.
