Which is the vast majority of them. Instant background checks don't infringe on your rights unless they are delayed. Then again, the only people who could be denied are those who aren't covered by the constitution, so maybe just non-citizens or maybe those with an arrest warrant pending. Age laws might also be constitutional since you don't have all rights when underage. But I think the handgun age being 21 instead of 18 might be unconstitutional. Can't think of any more off the top of my head, but there are a few gun laws that could be constitutional.I was just wondering how everyone feels about law enforcement officers who are willing to enforce these laws.</blockquote>
