Med flight = O2, maybe leak? Only take a spark if leaking. There was an Airworthiness directive around 2017 on the Lear 55's for flap structure that could affect control but if on fire before going with O2 leak.

I feel sorry for the Mexicans. A Lear 55 flying these days is a pretty rare sight. Then again any time one of those flies it is a rare sight. Lear didn't build many because they were obsolete 40 years ago.
