Convicted murderer Michael Hooper will be executed at 6pm today.
In '1993, this scumbag killed his former girlfriend.. then killed her 2 young children [a 5 yr old girl and a 3 yr old boy] so they couldn't be witnesses against him for having killed their mother. It is a shame that Justice is so slow.
This is the guy who tried to get his death sentence set aside or stayed because the drug used might cause him some pain or there wasn't enough drug available to make sure he didn't feel any pain.... this from a 'animal' that didn't give a D*** as to the pain his victims suffered.
Supreme Court Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor turned down Hoopers request for a stay of execution in a 2 sentence statement. Good for her!
