There was a Black guy who confronted protestors on his front porch (It was not the ? national news) he was the husband of a lawyer and he pointed a gun at the protestors and said, "I'll shoot you, get off my porch." That was his property, his home and he was charged as I remember. I think they inappropriately charged the guy because they were on his property and he had rights but it was a Democrat city so therein lies the real problem.
