Thank you, it is an Anderson with a palmetto bolt. Unfired so I am itching to fire it. Just a couple times though, I did not realize how scarce ammo would be. Things are getting weird. I purchased a taurus judge revolver on Thursday and I am on delay until Wednesday. The folks over there said everybody was getting delayed like this. I won't be purchasing anymore weapons in that arena I suppose.

From what I hear, the NICS system is overloaded and backlogged and they haven’t caught up with recent sales. The recent events, political climate and recent attempts to ban guns with multiple legislations and the upcoming elections have caused what we call “panic sales”.

The shelves in the gun stores stores are becoming as bare as the grocery stores.

5.56 and .223 can be shot from that gun.. so do not just think 5.56 only.
And do not assume 5.56 is higher velocity because that is a myth.
Some 5.56 is faster than .223 and some .223 is faster than 5.56.

I reload my own and that to me is the only way to go.
