I have a couple properties in Edmond that have dropped on corners (Concrete slab foundation)...

Anyone have experience with a good, reputable company? Its minimal on both houses, but I figured I'd better get them leveled before there is an issue...

Also, whats the going rate per pier? I've heard quite a range...

I've used both Olshans & Powerlift. Both do good work. Powerlift did it quicker, but had one of the piers break a day later... They came back out with 12 hours and fixed it. Been good since. Both have transferable lifetime warrantees.

I used permabuilt about a year ago no problems yet with their work. But for the inside I used someone they recommended to spray expanding foam under the slab to lift it. This sound like a great idea because when piers are installed inside a house it creates quit a big mess. The only down side is if the ground is still shrinking then the foam doesn't support the slab anymore and it starts to sag again. They will usually come back out and refoam but I can see this happening on a regular biases with the lac of rain fall we are getting. So long story short If I had to due it again I would go with piers all the way they are not affected buy rainfall.
