Anybody here familiar with removing a door panel on a F150?

It's a '97 and after I pull the two trim pieces on top, I see two plastic rivets. Other than removing the window and door handles, is the door panel held on by anything other than plastic rivets?

You should have a screw or two holding the door handle to the door. One or two at the lower corners. Possibly one at the top front corner of the door. Then pull up. I think that model has hooks on the panel just cant remember that far back.
