That is about correct Okie4570
I tied flies and made all kinds of jigs with and without spinners..made some big dragon fly flies also.
Started doing that about 7th grade.. Carved some bass plugs that worked excellent also ..from busted broom handles.

But i do not think i will be reloading 22 anytime soon...But it could be more accurate than store 22. I can see a bench rest guy giving that a try if his current choice of ammo now sucks.

That is what started me into reloading.. my 30-30 ammo no longer grouped as well as the stuff i got in 1980

If you watch the videos they show the priming compound to be cap gun caps or strike anywhere match heads crushed up and forced into the cleaned rim, put in place by using either a drop of water or acetone. They recommend acetone as it dries faster. They don't seem to address the previous crimp on the case. I guess they just hope the firing pin doesn't line up on it again.

I've seen people discuss reusing standard primers by refilling them with match head compound, too.

If the kit was cheaper, it would make a nice gag gift. I can't help but wonder how many units they will actually sell.

Wouldn't it be easier to swage the projectiles?
