Anyone here build a Swedish K / m45 semi auto?

I have seen a few places with parts kits and receiver tubes for sale like this:

Has anyone built one? I was curious if there were any gotchas, legal or build wise. If I have my ATF rules in my head right if you use a 16" barrel and you build the receiver for your own use this would be legal without any NFA paper work?

Nope but I've looked into it lately. Cold Steel makes 80% receivers for them. http://www.coldsteelsolutionsincorporated.com/csi,_inc_003.htm

I have not but I wanted to and was going to have franson do the work. But its a matter of $$$ and a swedish K isint high on my priority list.
