Yes, I read it maybe 7-8 yrs ago. I was greatly entertained by it and fascinated with the specific firearms info the author included in the story. If you want to read what seems to be well researched history and trivia about S&W model 29 .44 magnums, BAR and Colt Monitors and M-60 MG, you'll love this. Some of the drama wrote into the story like the double-team man rape, then alcohol addiction of the main character, Henry, seemed an odd plot twist to me. But the firearms info and depiction of expert use of them was totally worth my time.

Great book. Read it twice in the last 10 years. It's a good read thru the 1st half and a can't put it down read thru the 2nd.

Highly recommended.

Aside: And if the US goobermint is ever gonna get spanked for the stuff it does to us IMO it may very well happen the it happens in UC.
