Aperture Sights On Handgun?

Does anyone use aperture sights such as One Ragged Hole on their hand guns? My eyes are starting to really dislike extended shooting sessions and I thought that maybe an aperture type sight might help out a bit. I think I fiber optic or small bead sight might augment the rear nicely?

The ORH sights are pretty cheap and I was thinking about putting one on my Ruger Mk III or Single Six to try them out. Has anyone else tried them? I just punch holes in paper at the time. They might be good for some tree rats too if I can find a place to hunt them.

I guess this is not popular at all. I figured some of you guys with eye balls over the age of 45 might have some experience with this type sight.

I've seen them, but never used them. I was actually curious as to the reply also.

Ameriglo makes tritium powered night ghost ring sights for Glocks, I was looking at them a while back.

One of us needs to take the plunge and try them.
