Looking for an AR 15-22. Can be S&W or HK or Mossberg. Prefer S&W that came with redot sight. Trying to get a new teenager engaged in shooting. start small.

Buy 2 of 'em. They're a lot of fun! I'll never sell or trade my S&W MP15-22. Also thinking about adding an HK 416 to the stable.

Was at an Athlon optics demo day at our Range Sunday. There were two AR .22's there with suppressors. Standing 25' or so behind them, you never heard the rifle, only the clink of the brass hitting the concrete after ejection and the "dink" of the steel getting hit by the bullet.
Unbelievable how quiet it was.
