stock trigger.. but thats just me... every rifle i've built or used in the military has been stock trigger

The first time you get the feel of a quality trigger you'll toss out that "mil-spec" crap.

If you're on a budget, I have a pretty good cheap setup in mine.

ALG QMS trigger, $45
JP springs, $12
JoeBob's (or similar) grip screw trigger adjuster, $14

So for under $75 you can have a good trigger. It doesn't compare to the high end stuff, but better than the RRA 2 stage I had.

And JoeBob's has a deal where you can get the LPK minus fire control group for $25 with the ALG Trigger, so for $100 you have LPK with a trigger that is easily a 100% improvement over stock.

have shot a "quality" trigger but im still good with a regular trigger. Maybe im just used to making what i have work.... 4 deployments on a stock trigger and i still made it home..

Well hey. Stick with what works for you.
I can't stand the stock triggers anymore.
