If it's a 10.5" barrel, just a guess that you are not building a long distance accuracy gun. I would go with the simplest most reliable of the three.

Geissele hands down.

I run an SSA on my SBR. It fits that role well.

14.5" - SSA-E

16" - flat 3 gun geissele.

All great in their respective roles.
