I saw the episode I think you're talking about. Don't think it was this officer. I think it was a white officer on that show.

I remember one episode in Vegas where some tweaker is walking and turns and goes at the officer. The officer just decks him. One solid punch, the tweaker is on his back on the sidewalk.
