I grew up in a total electric home. I have an electric outfit now. I HATE HATE HATE HATE it. I would rather have all gas but thank you.

I do really like induction. I like that more than gas. Almost all of our pots and pans work great with it.I'm gonna be royally pissed if I manage to round up the funds to remodel my kitchen and I can't put a gas stove/oven in. Sorry *******s ...
