Barrel modification

Can anyone in / near Lawton cut and thread an AR barrel?
I have this windham 20 inch and I just want a gd dissipator but don't want to buy an anderson and don't want to just build one.

I am not one to usually go out and pay someone to do things for me.
Some people need to pay for work to be done but there are times that an option like that is not available.

This company sells centering pins Annular cutters and dies with centering pins.
If you are steady and patient you could do this all by yourself with simple hand tools.
