And please don't get me wrong....i'm not saying there's anything wrong with training, experience etc..etc..etc....it's a good thing. What i was more trying to state is that when something happens...your instinct to react is IN YOU....yes, it can definitely be made even better with training and experience, but it is inside the individual. And wether you've been trained or have experience dealing with a bad situation, VALOR, SELFLESSNESS and HONOR are things that can't be taught and inserted into a person with books or whatever. That's my take on it. It doesn't take training to say "My God...this guy is killing people....i must do something" and then act with common sense and some sort of situation induced strategy. It doesn't matter how many are screaming, or how many are running, etc..etc. And for someone to sit behind a keyboard and tell someone else "you wouldn't" or "you couldn't" because of that persons concieved lack of ability or whatever...is just rubbish. Also, People that would never be expected to stand out as "DO-ERS" Have always been part of dangerous or tragic situations. Sometimes it the most unlikely people that have the most honor and bravery when confronted with a situation. Granted...if you could find those people and sort them out and train them, etc...they would be EXEMPLARY models of defending themselves or the masses....but most times they go unnoticed untill a situation throws them into the shitstorm and they react. And just because i don't agree with someone and may not like what they say...i don't deny their right to say it. We can agree to disagree. : ) Again, thoughts and prayers to those affected. And to all here on our forum.
