That's the problem with trying to write satire about Crazy Joe--he's such a nutbag that you have no way of knowing what's fact and what's not. He's pretty much the definition of "truth is stranger than fiction."
Here is a thread from the past that also linked to the Palookaville Post for a story. This one went 5 pages. I wonder how far this thread will get in respect to page numbers?

In that thread, I had gone to the Palookaville site and found a bunch of stuff that definitely falls into the "satire" category.
As far as this story goes, check out the "source" of the Biden quote:
Vice President Biden feels that a voucher system would be a fair and honest way to make sure that gun owners are afforded an equal opportunity to receive their fair share of bullets without having someone go crazy out of frustration at a gun show, said a senior White House intern.

What's scary is that on first reading, most people would believe that crazy uncle Joe actually would say something like this...Shows how far we have fallen as a country in electing people like that....and then re-electing them!
