Well, it looks like Mattel has screwed the pooch yet again.


In preparation for the release of the new movie Wicked, they put a place holder in the packaging for the movie website before it was finalized, a common practice for many marketing departments. But, they forgot to go back and update the place holding name with the actual name of official movie website www.Wickedmovie.com. Usually not too big of a deal, but the toys have already been released to the public with the placeholder on the packaging, and it's bad. W to the 3rd power Wicked dot com is to a hard core porn site. So now, there are thousands of toys out there with this free porn advertising on it for the kiddos to explore with their parents.

I saw today that the ones remaining on the shelves have been remover but thousands are already out there.
